Chief Nivakoff promotes two to Assistant Police Chief:

Chief Nivakoff and the Police commission have approved the promotion of two lieutenants, Frank Cronin and Jon Fontneau, to be his Assistant Police Chiefs.

Frank Cronin currently heads the Internal Affairs and will take over Patrol Operations when his promotion is approved by the Personnel Commission.

Jon Fontneau currently heads the Narcotics Division and will take over Adminstration and Investigations.
