This is it, Ladies and Gentlemen, girls and boys, the official announcement of OPIN’s Santa Paws Soiree taking place on Friday, 4th December, in Greenwich, CT, with special guest speaker Jane Hoffman of NYC’s Mayor's Alliance, the group responsible for making NYC shelters no-kill in the coming years.
